Founder
Social safeguards and sustainability specialist with more than 20 years of professional experience. His expertise spans stakeholder engagement, indigenous peoples, FPIC, cultural heritage, social impact assessment, and conflict-sensitive development across infrastructure, energy, and natural resource sectors. Holding degrees in Archaeology and Anthropology, including a PhD in Anthropology from Universiti Sains Malaysia, he provides strategic leadership in delivering internationally aligned, evidence-based social and environmental advisory services.
Social safeguards and cultural heritage specialist with more than nine years of experience in indigenous peoples, land acquisition and resettlement, social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and community development. Holds an M.A. in Anthropology from Universitas Gadjah Mada and has led multidisciplinary projects for international financial institutions, government agencies, and the private sector, providing strategic leadership in sustainable and socially responsible development through internationally recognized safeguard frameworks and participatory approaches.
